🎉 Merit List Reserved Quota Admission – Fall 2025

Congratulations!

You have been selected for admission to Quaid-i-Azam University under the “Reserved Quota” for the Fall-2025 semester.

You are hereby advised to deposit the departmental fee on or before 29-08-2025. Failure to do so will result in your seat being offered to the next candidate as per the University's admission policy.

Note:

Candidates are advised to deposit their fee/dues through Kuickpay or 1-Bill only.
No other method of payment is accepted. Payments made otherwise will not appear in the QAU system in real-time, and the University will not be responsible for the consequences.
Please ensure timely payment to secure your seat.

📢 Important Instructions for Completing Your Online Application

✅ Step 1: Go to the Online Admission Portal to start your application.

✅ Step 2: The University is only accepting online applications for Fall Semester 2025. You must upload electronic copies of your documents. No hard copies are required.

✅ Step 3: After filling in all details and uploading documents, print the Application Processing Fee challan. Pay via KuickPay or 1-Bill and upload the paid receipt.

✅ Step 4: The Admission Section will verify your details and inform you of acceptance or issues with your application.

⚠ Note: For errors or mistakes in the application, email admissions2025fall@qau.edu.pk with your Application ID or Tracking ID in the subject line.

It has come to our attention that fraudulent messages are circulating on social media and WhatsApp groups, falsely claiming that hostel seats can be arranged in exchange for payment.

Please note:

❌ Do NOT contact such individuals.
❌ Do NOT make any payments to anyone for hostel accommodation.
🏢 Hostel accommodation at the University is non-transferable and cannot be obtained through private arrangements.
📞 For any official information regarding hostel allotment, please contact the University’s Hostel Administration directly.
