📢 Important Notice for Students Selected in 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th Merit List on a Self-Finance Basis

Dear Students,
All those candidates who were selected in the 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th Merit List on a Self-Finance basis and have paid their admission fees, and are now selected on a Regular basis in the 3rd Merit List, are required to complete the following:

Fill out the form to confirm their seat preference (Regular or Self-Finance) on or before 20th August 2025.
If a student wishes to retain their Self-Finance seat instead of the Regular seat, they must clearly mention their Department in the form.

📢 Important Instructions for Completing Your Online Application

✅ Step 1: Go to the Online Admission Portal to start your application.

✅ Step 2: The University is only accepting online applications for Fall Semester 2025. You must upload electronic copies of your documents. No hard copies are required.

✅ Step 3: After filling in all details and uploading documents, print the Application Processing Fee challan. Pay via KuickPay or 1-Bill and upload the paid receipt.

✅ Step 4: The Admission Section will verify your details and inform you of acceptance or issues with your application.

⚠ Note: For errors or mistakes in the application, email admissions2025fall@qau.edu.pk with your Application ID or Tracking ID in the subject line.

🏠 Important Notice for Newly Admitted Students – Hostel Accommodation

It has come to our attention that fraudulent messages are circulating on social media and WhatsApp groups, falsely claiming that hostel seats can be arranged in exchange for payment.

Please note:

❌ Do NOT contact such individuals.
❌ Do NOT make any payments to anyone for hostel accommodation.
🏢 Hostel accommodation at the University is non-transferable and cannot be obtained through private arrangements.
📞 For any official information regarding hostel allotment, please contact the University’s Hostel Administration directly.
⚠ Stay vigilant and protect yourself from scams.
