📢 Important Notice for MPHIL / PhD Applicants – Spring 2026

Attention Applicants!

All candidates applying for MPHIL or PhD programmes at Quaid-i-Azam University are hereby advised to carefully confirm their admission test date, time, and venue as per the official admission notices.

Important Instructions:

Candidates must print their admission test slip from the online admission portal and verify the test date, time, and venue.
If your test slip is not printing, contains incorrect information, or shows a different test date, you must immediately contact the Admission Office.
Such issues must be reported on or before the admission closing date. Requests received after the deadline will not be entertained.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the QAU official website for updates and announcements.
Failure to appear in the test due to incorrect or unverified information will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.

⚠️ No request for test rescheduling or correction will be entertained after the closing date.

📢 Important Instructions for Completing Your Online Application

✅ Step 1: Go to the Online Admission Portal to start your application.

✅ Step 2: The University is only accepting online applications for Spring Semester 2026. You must upload electronic copies of your documents. No hard copies are required.

✅ Step 3: After filling in all details and uploading documents, print the Application Processing Fee challan. Pay via KuickPay or 1-Bill and upload the paid receipt.

✅ Step 4: The Admission Section will verify your details and inform you of acceptance or issues with your application.

⚠ Note: For errors or mistakes in the application, email admissions2025fall@qau.edu.pk with your Application ID or Tracking ID in the subject line.

🏠 Important Notice for Newly Admitted Students – Hostel Accommodation

It has come to our attention that fraudulent messages are circulating on social media and WhatsApp groups, falsely claiming that hostel seats can be arranged in exchange for payment.

Please note:

❌ Do NOT contact such individuals.
❌ Do NOT make any payments to anyone for hostel accommodation.
🏢 Hostel accommodation at the University is non-transferable and cannot be obtained through private arrangements.
📞 For any official information regarding hostel allotment, please contact the University’s Hostel Administration directly.
⚠ Stay vigilant and protect yourself from scams.
