Instructions to Pay Fee Digitally
Dear Students,
To generate an online challan, please follow these steps:Please follow the steps below to pay fees online using the Banking Apps or other apps like JazzCash and EasyPaisa: |

| 1 | Click here to obtain the online challan. |
| 2 | Enter your registration number and click "Search." |
| 3 | Your online challan will be displayed. You can only print pending or unpaid challans only. |
| 4 | Click the Print button to open your challan in a new tab. (If it doesn't open, disable the popup blocker in your browser) |
| 5 | Print the challan and proceed with your banking app. Be sure to note or copy your KuickPay ID or 1-BILL Invoice/Voucher. |
| 6 | 5. After payment, click here to verify the status of your paid challan. |
IMPORTANT:
If the pending/unpaid challan does not open when clicking the Print button in a new tab, disable the popup blocker in your browser. Follow these steps:For Chrome
On PC (Windows/Mac):
- Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Privacy and Security and click on Site Settings.
- Under Content, click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Choose Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
For Chrome
On Android
- Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Site settings and tap it.
- Tap Pop-ups and redirects.
- Toggle the switch to Allow pop-ups and redirects.
For Mozilla Firefox
On PC (Windows/Mac):
- Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
- Scroll to the Permissions section.
- Uncheck Block pop-up windows.
For Mozilla Firefox
On Android
- Open Firefox and tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Site permissions.
- Tap Pop-ups and redirects.
- Toggle the switch to Allow pop-ups.

Make a Payment: o Via SMS Link: Click on the payment link sent via SMS. o Voucher Amount Display: The link will open an invoice o Select Payment Method: If you choose the card option, the platform fee will be displayed. o Online Payment: For online payments, the BPS decided charges will be shown. o Confirm Payment: Follow the prompts to confirm your payment and receive an instant receipt. |

For example, if the challan number on your printed invoice is QAU-INVOICE-0000313260, you will only enter the numeric part (0000313260). This numeric part is unique to each challan. |

| HBL Users follow below instructions to pay fee: | |

| 2 | Next, go to the Education tab on the HBL App. |
| 3 | Select or search for the institute "Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad." |
| 4 | Enter the numeric part of the challan number (e.g., 0000313260). |

| 5 | Note: For making payment using the Education Option through HBL Internet Banking and Mobile App, Students/Parents need to have a bank account in HBL. |
| 6 | Pay the fee, and you’re done. |
